Government job aspirants rush to coaching centers in Hyderabad

Hyderabad: Since the announcement of recruitment for government jobs in Telangana, coaching centers in Hyderabad are experiencing an increase in enquiries.

Many coaching centers located in Ashok Nagar are preparing to start the new batch of Group I, II coaching in early April 2022.

The centers plan to start the preparation of the preliminaries and main courses simultaneously. However, they will focus on foreplay after job notifications are released.

According to the centers study plan, the course is expected to be completed in 5-6 months.

Meanwhile, aspirants who cannot afford Rs. 40-60,000 private coaching centers are urging the government to arrange free coaching.

One of these aspirants even wrote on Twitter urging KTR to help him get free coaching in Hyderabad.

Upper age limit relaxed

Meanwhile, Telangana State Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar has issued a notification relaxing the upper age limit for government jobs in the state.

In accordance with the notification, the age limit for direct recruitment has been raised by 10 years. Now, the upper age limit for aspirants in the general category is 44 years old. For Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST) and Backward Classes (BC), the new upper age limit will be 49 years. It will be 54 years for people with disabilities.

However, the relaxation is only applicable for the next two years and it will not be applicable to the post of uniform services which includes police, excise, fire, prisons, forest department, etc.
