Hanoi (VNA)Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh chaired a cabinet meeting on drafting laws in Hanoi on August 24, during which participants discussed four bills to be debated in the fourth session of the 15th National Assembly.

These are the Land Bill (revised), the Price Law (revised), the Auction Law (revised) and the Cooperative Law (revised).

Addressing the event, Prime Minister Chinh said the four bills are important and cover a wide range of topics, areas and are related to many other laws.

He asked editorial agencies to continue to take ideas from experts, scientists and impacted subjects to complete the bills, while respecting criticism to ensure the feasibility and quality of the drafts. law projectsin particular the (revised) land bill, which is complex and sensitive.

The Prime Minister stressed that the drafting of bills should strictly follow Party policies, ensure the strengthening of state management, help remove obstacles in reality and meet the aspirations of the people and businesses .

Bills must respect market rules and serve as tools for the state to intervene quickly and effectively when necessary, guaranteeing social welfare, freeing up resources for development, reducing administrative procedures, promoting decentralization and deconcentration and preventing corruption, he said.

The Prime Minister asked ministries, sectors and localities to coordinate actively and reactively with National Assembly agencies to prepare draft laws and ordinances to be discussed at the upcoming fourth session of the YEAR.

Regarding the current supply problems, especially for medical equipment, textbooks and teaching materials, Prime Minister Chinh asked the relevant authorities and relevant agencies to work together to immediately resolve the problems and bottlenecks. where the relevant laws have not yet been amended, ensuring economy, reasonableness and efficiency. ./.
