Hyderabad: Telangana State Minority Study Circle (TSMSC) coaching courses for government job applicants will start from the first week of May. Applicants should register at the District Minority Welfare Office or TSMSC office at Gunfoundry Hyderabad from Monday.
A senior official from the Department of Minority Welfare said that TSMSC will hold training courses in all 33 districts of Telangana. Online courses will also be provided for the convenience of candidates.
Common framing will be given for Group I, Group II and Group III exams, while separate framing is provided for Group IV category. “Coaching is free. Applicants should go to their respective district DMW office and register themselves,” the official said.
In each district, approximately 100 students will be selected by the Minority Protection Service for the free coaching programs. The course will be 60 to 90 days long depending on the program.
The officials explained that the best teachers will be selected and all the necessary assistance will be provided to the candidates so that they can pass the test and get a job.
The government has issued notifications to fill around 80,000 vacancies in various ministries, including the police and education. The TSMSC will also arrange coaching for those wishing to enter the police service, coaching for written and physical endurance tests is provided.
A series of meetings between the Board of Intermediate Education, the Center for Minority Educational Development, Osmania University, the Police Department and the Minority Welfare Department took place before finalizing the proposals for starting coaching programs.
